Financial clarity for your organization’s mission.
Brampton · GTA · Virtual support across Canada
Your starting point
Your organization needs to explain spending across programs and funding sources while keeping its board informed.
How we help
We maintain books, reconcile accounts, track agreed program or fund activity and prepare budget comparisons. Relevant annual filings, payroll and GST/HST requirements are reviewed within scope. Registered-charity work is separately confirmed.
THE WORK, EXPLAINED

What you can expect
Clearer management information, supporting schedules and an organized list of reporting tasks.
ANSWERS BEFORE YOU START
A little more clarity.
Are registered-charity returns included?
Not automatically. Registered-charity and T3010 work must be separately confirmed, rather than assumed to be part of a non-profit bookkeeping engagement.
How are restricted funds tracked?
We use the supplied agreements and agreed coding structure to organize fund activity. Unclear restrictions or reporting interpretations are identified for confirmation.
Can the board receive regular reports?
Yes. We agree the frequency, format, supporting schedules and review process so reports fit management and board needs.
