Know your tax dates and your number before they arrive.
Your T2 is due six months after year-end, but the tax owing is usually due two or three months after it. We keep your books, payroll, HST and corporate tax on one calendar, and we look at your salary and dividend mix before year-end, while it can still change the result.
Free tax + estate planning session with Chirag. New clients also get a discount off their last accounting bill when they sign up by 31 Dec 2026.
You tell us your year-end and what is on your mind.

We show the dates and decisions that still matter this year.

You leave with next steps. If you want us to do the work, we quote the fee in writing first. You sign nothing on the call.
If something won't help your situation, we'll say so on the call.
What working with us feels like
From late-night receipts to a calm year-end.
Most owners come to us at step one. Scroll down to see where they end up, one 15-minute call later.
1Before
Receipts everywhere, and a deadline circled in red.
The books are months behind, year-end is close and nobody has told you what you will owe. Every decision is made on old numbers.
2The first call
One free 15-minute call.
You tell us your year-end and what is on your mind. We show you which dates and decisions still matter this year. On Teams or at our Brampton office. You sign nothing on the call, and if something will not help you, we will say so.
3The plan
A clear plan, in writing.
We catch up the books, put every tax date on one calendar and plan your salary and dividend mix before 31 December. The fee is quoted in writing before any work starts.
4After
Filed on time, with the number known in advance.
Your returns go in before the deadline, you know what you owe before it is due, and your evenings are yours again.
Looking for an accountant in Brampton? Here is how we work.
Wealthy Wave Accounting is an accounting firm in Brampton for incorporated owners, the self-employed and their families. We do corporate and personal tax returns, bookkeeping, payroll, HST and year-end planning from our office at 181 Queen St E, Unit 5, or on Teams. You deal with the same person all year, and you get a written quote before any work starts.
What does a tax accountant in Brampton do for an incorporated owner?
Three things in one plan. We prepare the corporation's year-end and T2 return, we prepare your own T1 and your family's, and we look at how you pay yourself (salary, dividends or both) before the year closes, while the choice can still change the total tax.
Yes. We file personal returns for owners, spouses and adult children, and self-employed returns for sole proprietors and gig drivers who aren't incorporated.
If you rent out a basement unit or a second property, the rent goes on your return on Form T776 with its expenses. See rental property tax.
Each page covers the filings that trade actually deals with, such as IFTA and owner-operator costs for trucking, or T5018 slips and holdbacks for contractors.
What should you ask an accounting firm in Brampton before you hire one?
Who will do the work and who signs off. Whether the quote is in writing and what it covers. Which dates they will track for you (T2, tax owing, HST, payroll, instalments). Whether they will get authorized on your CRA business account to answer letters for you.
Ask us the same questions on the free call. Who does the work here is on the about page, and the dates we track are on tax dates.
What should I bring to the first meeting?
Your last T2 and notice of assessment, last year's financial statements, a recent bank statement for each business account, and your HST and payroll account numbers if you have them. If the books are behind, bring what you have; we will list what's missing.
Please don't send SINs or banking passwords through the enquiry form or email.
Can I come to the office, or is everything online?
Either. The office is at 181 Queen St E, Unit 5, Brampton, ON L6W 3A8, and meetings there are by appointment. Teams works just as well, and some owners meet once in person and then keep in touch on Teams during the year.

Why talk to us before year-end?
Before your year-end, decisions can still change this year's numbers. After it, they can only be reported. A short check now shows your filing and payment dates and what is still open.
Pick a time. 15 or 30 minutes, on Teams or at our Brampton office.
We check your dates. Your year-end, filing and payment dates, and what is still open.
General information only. Tax advice is given within an engagement, based on your own records.

02
Review Your Records
We assess your books, filing status, and advisory needs — and identify gaps, errors, or planning opportunities.
03

We deliver what your business needs: bookkeeping, incorporation, T2 filing, CRA support, tax planning, or CFO advisory.
04
Clear Communication
You stay informed at every step — what is pending, what is complete, and what needs your attention.
05
Ongoing Advisory
For monthly retainer clients: financial reviews, cash flow monitoring, and advisory meetings throughout the year.
You tell us your year-end and what you need. We show the filing and payment dates and the decisions still open this year, and suggest next steps. There is no cost and nothing to sign.
How are your fees set?
We quote in writing before any work starts. The fee depends on how many bank and card accounts you have, how many transactions you have each month, payroll and HST filings, and how far behind the books are.
Is it hard to switch accountants?
Usually not. With your written permission we can ask your previous accountant for last year's files and get authorized on your CRA business account, so you don't have to manage the handover yourself.
Do I need to come to the office?
No. Most clients meet on Teams. You are welcome at our office at 181 Queen St E, Brampton.
Where should I start if my books are behind?
Tell us which periods and accounts need attention. We review the available records and discuss catch-up or cleanup before planning ongoing support.
Do you provide bookkeeping and corporate tax services together?
We can discuss a coordinated engagement. The specific filings, reports, meetings and fees are agreed before work begins.
Can you help remotely?
Yes. We support businesses virtually across Canada as well as locally in Brampton and the GTA. Contact us to discuss your needs and meeting arrangements.
